Deciding when to get a Massage and how to get the best experience from your therapist.

Don't schedule a massage if you are feeling sick, have any cuts or bruises , sunburn or any other type of injuries .

Be sure to notify the therapist of any allergies you have to oils or lotions .

Wait at least an hour after eating before getting a massage , your not going to be comfortable if you have a full stomach .

You will be asked to fill in a consultation form before your massage , this gives us a good insight into any medical conditions, along with problem areas you would like to be taken care of, make sure you make the therapist aware of any allergies you have to oils and lotions.

We will do our best to make sure you are comfortable at all times .
